Quality Assurance - We give clients a solution that goes on working

The assurance of quality is fundamental for all work undertaken by the company. It will always be the objective of the Company to achieve the highest degree of quality in its products and services commensurate with requirements as defined and agreed in the client's specification.

In order to ensure continuity of performance, McKeown Cleaning Services have established and maintain an effective Quality Assurance Programme through the Quality Assurance audit which would be signed off by the client’s representative on a four weekly or preferred basis and sent direct to the Operations Director.

Our area controllers each look after approximately 30 – 35 contracts. We monitor all contracts through our audit system. This Standard is re-enforced by our own Management Inspections, which are carried out without notice to our Area Controllers. We feel this system works extremely well to motivate our employees, consequently they work more efficiently and effectively to produce the highest quality standards.

McKeown Cleaning Services Limited will provide a cleaning service which will enable us to complete the cleaning of all areas of your premises as defined under the scope of the contract and to meet the performance requirements of the agreement. When any part of our service is subcontracted out we will assume responsibility to ensure all subcontractors so employed will be fully competent in accordance with accepted industry standards or legislated standards. In addition we will ensure that all subcontractors have adequate insurance including employers liability policy and public liability policy to the level as stated in the terms of the contract.
